An employee owned, values based company, we put our people first. Due to our continued success and growth we are now looking for a motivated and experienced skilled operative to join our team.
As a skilled operative you will report to the Site Supervisor. Depending on the project, you may be involved in earthworks, pipe laying or building construction, and as such your daily activities could vary from month to month.
You will be expected to have a high regard for the health and safety of yourself and others, ensuring that you do things the right way and take the necessary steps to stay safe. You will also ensure that you do a quality job and that nothing you do has a significant negative impact on the environment.
As a skilled operative, you will be expected to “lead from the front” when it comes to performing and managing tasks on site. You will take less experienced team members under your wing and support their development and learning.
