Pipeline & Civil is an employee-owned company, with shares held by Senior Management and Supervisory staff, ensuring hands-on attention from senior leaders in every project. Employee ownership fosters a strong culture of succession planning and long-term sustainability, prioritising quality and proficiency in our services for our team and clients.

Over a third of our team proudly celebrate at least 10 years of service, reflecting our commitment to hiring and retaining the best talent. The Pipeline Group Board comprises major shareholders and an independent director, bolstered by expert board advisors contributing to key decisions.
