Management Systems
Our clients expect a quality construction experience, and Pipeline & Civil has management systems in place to deliver it.
Our management systems ensure that Health & Safety obligations are fulfilled, the quality of installation is maintained, the environment is protected, relationships with stakeholders are managed and jobs can easily be closed out with correct documentation.
This is achieved through our custom-built Integrated Management System which is certified to the following standards;
- ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational health and safety management systems)
- ISO 9001:2015 (Quality management systems)
- ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental management systems)

Health & Safety
Safety is a core value, emphasising proactive planning and harm prevention. We uphold rigorous safety standards and are dedicated to ensuring a secure environment for our team and the public. Open communication encourages staff to report hazards, fostering ongoing health and safety enhancements.
Clients gain assurance from transparent processes and records showcasing our safety management. Our approach encompasses plant management, site safety, training, induction, compliance software, communication, well-being services, and temporary works training.
Tailored in-house leadership programs empower Engineers, Supervisors, and Leading Hands to champion a safety culture. Our processes align with and adhere to ISO 45001:2018, the Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

Environmental Protection
We uphold top-tier environmental standards, seamlessly integrating practices like safeguarding tree roots and collaborating with arborists, waste reduction, and utilizing recycled materials. Our commitment extends to shielding the environment from concrete and slurry impact, meticulous sediment control, and proactive defense against fuel spills.
Our ISO 14001:2015 certified system provides assurance that negative impacts on the environment are minimised through risk assessment, the right equipment, staff training and innovative construction methods.
Pipeline & Civil has set targets and milestones for reducing our wider environmental impacts as part of our business sustainability objectives.

Robust Supply Chain
We recognise the importance of a robust supply chain. Our suppliers and subcontractors have an influence on project outcomes and ultimately our reputation. Pipeline & Civil operates a supply chain management system as part of its Integrated Management System.
Our preference is for subcontractors to be prequalified through the SiteWise system.
