The Pipeline and Civil team celebrates collaboration, inclusiveness and hands-on involvement across the business.
Motivated by excellence; united in our drive to deliver superior results for our clients.
What sets us apart are the initiatives we have in place to support our team aspiring to be their best at work, on site and at home.
These initiatives are a direct result of staff feedback and our continuous improvement process.
Staff are encouraged to participate during team and company meetings, are actively involved in the H&S committee and get regular opportunity to have their say and be listened to.
Staff actively contribute to business planning and technology initiatives.
Motivated and satisfied staff are the cornerstone for strong project delivery.
Investment is made in health and wellbeing programs, ongoing training and competency programs, and safety and risk management programs.
We are proud to say that these initiatives are already in place and are ongoing.
More importantly, we also know how to have fun and enjoy what we do together!
Maintaining the physical and mental wellbeing of staff is paramount to the success of a project.
Provision of a safe working environment and system of work is only the beginning.
By striving to make work “fun” and providing all our team members with opportunities for self-actualisation
through goal setting and personal development, we build team morale and encourage healthy minds and bodies.
We offer many solutions for our people to manage and improve their wellbeing:
- Nutritional and healthy eating advice

- Round the Bays/Round the Lake team races
- Annual Flu vaccinations

Our leadership team are relentlessly focused on high quality and proficiency in the way we work and the services we provide – to our own team and to our clients.
Through our firm commitment to hire and retain the best people, over a third of our team have celebrated at least 10 years of service.
Prudent governance has been a key element of our success to date.
Our recipe has been to build long term relationships and focus unrelenting on quality.
Pipeline & Civil is an employee owned business with nine shareholders representing senior management and long serving front line supervisors. This model has proved to directly correlate to positive project outcomes.
Employee ownership provides a strong culture of succession planning and focus on long term sustainability of the business, avoiding the focus on short term results prevalent in many larger organisations.
The Pipeline Group board is comprised of the major shareholders in the business and an independent director. We also rely on several expert board advisors who contribute to key decisions. Our current board members are:
- Chairman – Peter Stockman
- Executive Directors – Antony Knowles, Hugh Goddard (CE), Andy Corbett
- Independent Director – Ross Pickworth
We operate a regimented board-governance structure with regular board meetings which focus on governance issues. We take a disciplined approach to separating management and governance.
Pipeline & Civil Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Pipeline Group Ltd.
Pipeline Group Ltd is also the owner of PLC Plant Ltd and major shareholder in Airdrie Properties Ltd.
