Staff are encouraged to participate during team and company meetings, are actively involved in the H&S committee and get regular opportunity to have their say and be listened to. Staff actively contribute to business planning and technology initiatives.

Pipeline & Civil is an employee-owned company with Senior Management and Supervisory staff holding shares in the company. This ensures every project is delivered with hands-on attention from senior leaders.
Our leadership team are relentlessly focused on high quality and proficiency in the way we work and the services we provide – to our own team and to our clients.
Through our firm commitment to hire and retain the best people, over a third of our team have celebrated at least 10 years of service.

Pipeline & Civil is an employee owned business with nine shareholders representing senior management and long serving front line supervisors. This model has proved to directly correlate to positive project outcomes.
Employee ownership provides a strong culture of succession planning and focus on long term sustainability of the business, avoiding the focus on short term results prevalent in many larger organisations.
The Pipeline Group board is comprised of the major shareholders in the business and an independent director. We also rely on several expert board advisors who contribute to key decisions. Our current board members are:

- Executive Directors – Antony Knowles, Hugh Goddard (CE), Andy Corbett
- Independent Director – Ross Pickworth
We operate a regimented board-governance structure with regular board meetings which focus on governance issues. We take a disciplined approach to separating management and governance.

Pipeline Group Ltd is also the owner of PLC Plant Ltd and major shareholder in Airdrie Properties Ltd.
